Loxton Health Centre is a family-focused general practice providing holistic medical care across the full spectrum of lifelong concerns.

We aim to ensure people have access to a doctor in a timeframe consistent with the urgency of their need and, when possible to see the doctor of their choice.

While this is not always manageable, doctors on the roster are equipped to respond appropriately.

As part of our Accreditation process, we need to obtain patient feedback. It provides our GP’s with insights into their patients’ experiences, allowing them to identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement.

We also have hard copies of the Patient feedback survey available at Reception with a Survey feedback box for completed surveys. You will remain anonymous with your answers.
